We at ACCPL Infra Fabtech strive to prioritize the health and safety of our employees. And go above and beyond to enforce government environment, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines in all aspects of our work, including fabrication, installation, and after-sales service.
Our equipment is calibrated annually by the National Accreditation Board of Testing & Calibration Laboratory (NABL). Supervisors and operators conduct daily checks before starting the production line. We have installed the latest fire systems in the plant and quarterly conduct fire drills. We also implemented a system announcing incoming raw materials and ensuring clear paths for crane movement.
We educate our staff on safety norms and guidelines, and they undergo extensive training before working. Our floor shop workers undergo Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA) training program and are required to wear personal protective equipment and safety guards. Also, we regularly provide classroom training by professional experts on first aid and fire emergencies.
Most importantly, we have instituted a culture of voicing safety risks and concerns from floor shop employees to administrative employees.
